When you visit myinsta.at or a link page, the web server processes technically necessary connection data, for example IP address, time of access, the page requested and browser and device information. This is required to deliver the pages securely and reliably (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR).

When you create an account, we store your email address and an encrypted password. We also store the content of your link page: profile name, description, links, uploaded images and design settings. We need this data to provide the service to you (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b GDPR).

Please note: your link page is public. Anything you publish there can be seen by anyone who knows the address.

We count views of your link page and clicks on your links so that you can see them in your statistics. Depending on your plan, we also analyse country, device type and origin (referring page). The analysis is aggregated, without cookies and without recognising individual visitors.

If you book Plus or Pro, the data required for payment is processed by the respective payment provider. We do not receive full card details, only information on whether and when payment was made (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b and c GDPR).

The fonts on myinsta.at and in link pages are loaded from our own server. No data is transferred to Google or other font providers.

We only use technically necessary cookies and storage functions, for example for signing in and to remember your language setting and your cookie choice. Your choice is stored locally in your browser. You can change it at any time under Cookie settings in the footer. Services that are not necessary are only loaded after you have given your consent (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a GDPR).

If you write to us, we only use your details to handle your enquiry.

We only store data for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention periods. If you delete your account, your link pages and images are removed.
